First, Make sure the subwoofer is connected from electronic outlet and get powered.
Second, short press the power button until the solid red LED is disappear.The Red LED means standby status. then check the correct LED light you would like to connect when linked to the soundbar. If no LED, check power outlet to ensure it is functional.
The sound bar has no sound comming out.
First,make sure the sound bar is connect with subwoofer.
Second, Make the the sound bar is connected The LED light should match the connection mode correctly, or the the sound will not coming out.pls prefer the instructions packaged include.
The bass is not heavy.
You can adjust the bass effect through rotating the bass volume adjustment button on the back of subwoofer.
